Posi-Lock conveyor chains

T-Rod chains have twice the wear life of the T-Bar chain, three times the fatigue life verses the T-Bar chain, fewer chain adjustments needed during the break-in period, and a quieter running chain.

Enclosed two-speed gearbox

Drives both conveyor and beater with combination bevel- and worm-type drive, for reduced downtime and maintenance.

T-Rod chains has twice the wear life of the T-Bar chain. T-Rod also has three times the fatigue life verses the T-Bar chain. Due to the cylindrical design, there is less initial wear and therefore fewer chain adjustments needed during the break-in period. The curved surfaces also make T-Rod a quieter running chain.
