Meet the industry's first draper header with a fully flexible cutterbar. This header increases cutting, conveying and feeding performance in soybeans and small grains.
Assures a firm and secure connection. The multicoupler includes the electrical connections for the reel fore/aft, as well as height sensors, reel rotation and reel lift. The heavy-duty coupler allows full pressure connection and disconnect in seconds.

The independent tilt arms provide an eight inch range of travel. This cutterbar flexibility provides precise cutting of the crop without scalping or gouging the soil.
Single-acting hydraulic cylinders are linked in series with an accumulator to the independent dampened tilt arms. The hydraulic pressure ranges from 0-3000 psi. Precise pressure settings allow for smooth cutting in all conditions. Low pressure allows for complete flexibility while higher pressure provides reduced ground pressure and less flexibility. When harvesting soybeans, the suggested operating pressure range is between 700-1200 psi.

The 30 ft. (9.1 m), 35 ft. (10.7 m) and 40 ft. (12.2 m) DynaFlex headers feature a timed dual sickle drive. The sickle is split in the middle with each side having independent shaft drives. The timing minimizes vibration, resulting in smoother operation.
Mechanical Belt Drive
The mechanically driven (SCH) SCHUMACHER epicyclical gear drive, moves the sickle at 600 RPM (or 1200 sickle strokes per minute) with a 3.34 in. (85 mm) stroke. The epicyclical gear crank converts rotary motion to a linear action. The SCH drive is a planetary gear set that provides positive transfer of power to the cutterbar. This system provides the optimum efficiency during operation and service life, as well as provides a quick, complete cut. There are no shafts, belts or sheaves, which results in less maintenance. This reliable drive system also provides longer life and increased cutterbar performance
Crop heads lay in the same direction and feed head first into the combine threshing system. This enhances combine feeding and threshing performance and increases productivity. V-belt guides ensure consistent, even tracking on all belts.
The center feed draper with fiberglass reinforced slats is 48.5 in. (1,232 mm) wide. Crop is conveyed head first in a smooth, consistent manner into the combine feeding system. The wide draper eliminates back feeding of material from the side drapers when taking half width swathes.
Center Feed Auger
The center feed auger is 46.3 in. (1,176 mm) wide and 21 in. (533 mm) in diameter. The auger gathers incoming material from the center draper and delivers the crop into the combine feeding system. The forward auger position over the center draper provides positive feeding in fluffy and/or high yielding crops.
Uses a multi-piece knife assembly, heavy-duty guards and overserrated bolt-on sections. The sickle assembly provides efficient cutting of the crop and easy service, reducing repairs and down time. The sickle features evenly spaced spring hold-downs along the entire cutterbar. The spring hold-downs reduce section and guard wear with no adjustments required. The spring hold downs are exclusive to the DynaMax sickle.
Features bolt on sections and double cut guards. The pressed steel sections are bolted to the bar in an alternating fashion, one section has the serration down and the next section is up. They alternate across the entire length of the cutterbar which helps to relieve pressure on the guards. The guards allow the knife to cut material at the top and bottom on each knife stoke. This increases cutting efficiency, productivity, and extends wear life. The SCH Rollerguide is exclusive to the SCH sickle. The Rollerguide decreases friction on the sickle providing reduced wear on components. The maintenance free guides feature sealed bearings and a cap to prevent contamination.
Stainless Steel Belt Guards
High strength, stainless steel belt guards: Standard on the Massey Ferguson 9250 DynaFlex. One-piece, (front to rear) stainless steel belt guards, interlock with one another, providing an uninterrupted surface while preventing rocks and other foreign objects from entering the combine. This results in smooth crop flow and an extended service life.
